HiThis is a card I made for a forum friend. I coloured Tilda image with w/s crayons on water colour paper and applied Martha Stewart glitter to her umberella and glossy accents to her wellies. (which I had too stamp again as I 'd stuck my fingers in 'em before they were dry - I always do that!!)
The happy birthday sentiment is from Stampin up, other stamps are from Magnolia. The splodges were cut by my own fair hand after seeing the Quickutz dies on Rach's card . I also added glossy accents to them, keeping my paws well away! Edge punch by Martha Stewart, die was a Spellbinders tag and papers from stash.
