Made this just in time for this weeks LTD challenge which is to do anything we like! So I have had this peg kicking around for a couple of years and thought it time to do something a little different, other than cards. I applied some gesso ( which is still on my finger nails!) all over the peg which I had pulled apart, and left to dry. Then went around the edges with a Dabber ( cloudy blue) I used ds tape to stick down my PTI papers and tied a bow. Stuck on a few BG buttons and an EK success punched small flower! 'Notes' was printed off my computer on whisper white. Check out the LTD challenge blog it's run by Hilda and Sam, a couple of very talented ladies.
